Sunday Salutations: Pre-Breakfast Training

Today we have video of two Chaos Critters undergoing their rigorous training! Plus a few other pictures, and what if Fluffy became a workout fanatic?

Critter and Rose Pictures

Stopping to smell the roses and pet the critters is always important. As is not confusing the two.

Dog Training

As Anna has mentioned before, dog training is an everyday thing. You don’t have to spend hour and hours – and really shouldn’t as that would make you and the critter exhausted (except for Dante).

But short sessions – longer than the 15 seconds in this clip – are really useful. (In a non-video session, I would have corrected Crokell creeping towards me with each command.) Anna or I do a few minutes of training with every meal. Other training is usually Anna’s hobby, but I have learned a lot to make sure not to break the training.

Sunday Salutations

This is one of our new-style short posts. We are concentrating on more long form stories – so stay tuned for news on that!

Starting in June, on the first Sunday of each month, we will post a short story from Carter and the Holidays, as everyone’s favorite Landseer Newfie works his way through the calendar.

The once a month short is the only promise – that and our standard promise that the dog (or other furry, cute pet-like critter) never dies in our stories.

The following weeks might have a short post like today’s or a recipe. When inspired, you might also see the return of Leash Lessons and other segments.
